In hospitality since 1998. Starting in 2005 I worked in front desk and reservations (incl. The Westin Warsaw, Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw, Sofitel Grand Sopot, Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre), where I dealt daily with room-rate decisions and, when justified, adjusted them operationally.
I took full responsibility for pricing at Arche Puławska Residence in 2016–2021 as the decision maker. I combine about 23 years of hotel experience with about 16 years working on revenue optimization, plus up-to-date technical skills (Python, AI/ML).
Together with Adam Młodziejewski we had planned Jamlo for a long time. That’s why in 2024 I committed to intensive IT training (GoIT program) and turned it into working solutions. We built Jamlo to automate market monitoring and recommend rates in real time - simple, effective, no empty promises, just results.
I am a manager in the hospitality and tourism industry. For many years, I have been managing hotels, restaurants, and event operations. I specialize in strategies that increase profitability, process optimization, and building teams focused on delivering the highest quality guest service.
I have extensive knowledge in revenue management, business mix planning, conference and event organization, and hotel marketing.
I have gained my experience both in Poland and abroad: from 2007–2009 I worked in the USA, and from 2010–2012 in Australia, implementing hospitality and gastronomy projects in an international environment.
I have collaborated with Polish and international hotel chains, being responsible for sales strategy, budgeting, cost control, recruitment and staff development, as well as negotiations with key partners. I have managed property modernization projects and the implementation of service standards.
Since 2020, I have been lecturing at the Vistula School of Hospitality, specializing in revenue forecasting and management, pricing strategies, finance, and hospitality management. I conduct classes and revenue optimization analyses in both Polish and English.
